Retail Management Trainee 

Retail Management Trainee (RMT) is an exclusive program designed for highly capable and motivated people who aspire to become retail business leaders of our future. During the 9 months program, you will be exposed to variety experiences and challenges that enable you to accelerate your learning in Retail Business at its strategic level. 
You will be provided with training hard skill and soft skill, a comprehensive program, and mentors to accompany your growth. After program, you will be an Assistant Store Manager. 

Requirements: 
• Fresh graduates or Sarjana Degree (S1) any major and/or max. 2 years of working experiences 
• Min. GPA 3.00 
• Interested in Store Career Management 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Willing to be placed in Stores Jakarta during the program 
• Willing to be placed in all Stores with work-shift based 
• All selection process will be held in Jakarta
